Where an enquiry concerns TikTok eligibility, account enforcement, platform features or appeals, any outcome remains subject to TikTok’s policies, systems and final decision.

Account security

ShowArc will never ask you to provide:

• Your TikTok password

• Authentication or verification codes

• Access to your personal email account

• Online-banking passwords

• Payment-card PINs

• Device passcodes

If someone claiming to represent ShowArc asks for this information, stop communicating with them and contact us directly at info@showarc.live.

Existing creators

If you already work with ShowArc, use the support channel or contact method provided during onboarding where possible.

This helps us locate your creator record and respond with the right context.

For account-related enquiries, include:

• Your TikTok username

• A short description of the issue

• The date the issue began

• Any relevant reference number

• Screenshots that do not expose passwords, authentication codes or sensitive personal information

ShowArc may provide guidance or raise certain matters through available support channels, but we cannot guarantee that TikTok will review, change or reverse a decision.

Complaints and concerns

We aim to handle complaints fairly, respectfully and without retaliation.

When raising a complaint, please explain:

• What happened

• When it happened

• Who was involved

• What outcome you are seeking

• Any relevant evidence or previous correspondence

Complaints involving an existing creator relationship may also be handled under the applicable Creator Agreement.

Safety and urgent concerns

This contact form is not monitored as an emergency service.

If someone is in immediate danger or there is an urgent risk of serious harm, contact the appropriate emergency service or relevant public authority.

Do not submit detailed safeguarding reports, identity documents, medical records or highly sensitive evidence through the general contact form unless ShowArc has provided a suitable secure process.
