TikTok controls its platform and may change its policies, eligibility requirements, features and processes. Any invitation to join ShowArc remains subject to applicable TikTok requirements and the Creator Agreement provided before onboarding.

  • ShowArc is a UK-focused creator network supporting people who want to build stronger TikTok LIVE shows.

    We help creators plan more effective formats, review performance, improve production, develop healthier communities and prepare for sustainable commercial opportunities.

  • No. ShowArc Creator Network Ltd is an independent company.

    TikTok operates and controls its platform, including creator eligibility, content distribution, moderation, enforcement, monetisation, feature access and account decisions.

  • ShowArc currently prioritises UK-based creators aged 18 or over who are interested in developing their TikTok LIVE content.

    We consider your content, conduct, consistency, goals, LIVE potential and willingness to develop. TikTok eligibility and ShowArc’s available support capacity also apply.

    TikTok’s current public guidance states that creators must be at least 18 to go LIVE.

    We look beyond follower count and consider your content, LIVE potential, consistency, goals, conduct and fit with ShowArc’s current support.

    A large following does not guarantee acceptance, and TikTok’s current account and feature eligibility requirements will still apply.

  • We review the information you provide and may contact you for an assessment conversation or further details.

    Where we decide to progress, the next steps may include:

    1. Confirming your account and territory eligibility

    2. Explaining ShowArc’s support and expectations

    3. Providing a Creator Agreement for review

    4. Completing the official TikTok invitation process

    5. Beginning onboarding and developing your first LIVE plan

  • You should tell us if you are already connected to another Creator Network or have an existing agreement that may affect your availability.

    ShowArc will not ask you to bypass another network’s agreement or TikTok’s official transfer and availability processes.

    We can only issue an invitation where TikTok’s systems and the applicable rules allow us to do so. The official TikTok training directs networks to confirm creator availability before issuing invitations.

    The exact support available will depend on your development needs, activity, eligibility and the terms of your Creator Agreement.

    • Treat viewers and other creators responsibly

    • Protect their account security

    • Raise concerns promptly

    • Build sustainable habits rather than chase short-term results

    ShowArc does not expect every creator to use the same format or pursue the same commercial goals.

    We help creators improve the quality and consistency of their work, but we cannot guarantee views, followers, reach, Gifts, Diamonds, income, campaigns or commercial opportunities.

    Individual results vary and depend on factors outside ShowArc’s control.

    ShowArc will never ask for:

    • Your TikTok password

    • Authentication or verification codes

    • Your personal email password

    • Your device passcode

    • Online-banking credentials

    Where TikTok provides an official invitation or authorisation process, you should complete it directly through TikTok’s systems.

  • No outcome can be guaranteed.

    Where an appropriate support route is available, ShowArc may help you understand the process, organise relevant information or submit information through an available route.

    TikTok decides whether to review, change or reverse an account decision.

  • TikTok controls feature availability and eligibility.

    ShowArc may provide setup guidance or help you understand an available eligibility process, but we cannot guarantee access to LIVE Studio, a stream key, OBS broadcasting or any other TikTok feature.

  • No.

    ShowArc does not pressure creators into unsuitable battles, campaigns or gifting behaviour.

    Participation should be appropriate for the creator, their content and their community. Monetisation must remain authentic, responsible and compliant with TikTok’s applicable policies.

  • ShowArc may receive payments under its platform agreements and may separately offer optional services.

    Any fee, commission, deduction, revenue share, paid service or commercial arrangement that affects you will be explained clearly in writing before it applies.

    ShowArc does not publish unconfirmed commission figures or commercial terms.

  • Yes. Where ShowArc offers you a place, you should receive a Creator Agreement before completing onboarding.

    The agreement should explain:

    • The support ShowArc provides

    • Your responsibilities

    • Any commercial terms

    • Content and usage permissions

    • Complaints and concerns

    • Notice and exit arrangements

    • Any relevant platform-dependent processes

    You should read the agreement carefully before accepting it or an official TikTok invitation.

  • You retain ownership of your original content, subject to any rights you have already granted to TikTok or another party under their applicable terms.

    ShowArc does not acquire ownership of your content merely because you apply or join.

    Any permission for ShowArc to use your clips, images, name, likeness, testimonials or performance results must be agreed separately and should explain the purpose, channels, duration, editing rights, paid-media use and what happens when the permission ends.

  • Yes.

    Your Creator Agreement will explain the notice and exit process that applies. TikTok may also control parts of the network-unlinking or transfer process, so departure may not always take effect immediately.

    ShowArc will explain the applicable process clearly and will not impose undisclosed exit conditions.

  • ShowArc uses application and creator information to assess applications, communicate with creators, provide support, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.

    The ShowArc Privacy Notice explains:

    • What information we collect

    • Why we use it

    • Who it may be shared with

    • How long it is retained

    • Your data-protection rights

    • How to raise a privacy concern

    Applying to ShowArc does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

    We aim to handle concerns fairly, respectfully and without retaliation. Existing creators may also use the complaints process contained in their Creator Agreement.

    TikTok-related account or enforcement outcomes remain subject to TikTok’s own processes and final decision.
